Three years ago Sagredo began carving wood as a counterpoint to his digital work — and hasn't stopped since. His sculptures range from expressive human faces to abstract, stylized forms, always guided by the material and its natural finish.

Based in Madrid, originally from Burgos. Driven by curiosity and a constant desire to grow, his life experiences feed directly into his work. Carving has taught him to slow down and pay attention — He believes the best work, like the best life, comes from staying close to what is real.
